International Education Association Limited is an united organization formed by ESDI, FMCHK & HKEC respectively. We have incorporated in Hong Kong under the Campanies Ordinace started on 28th July 2009, plus we are entitled to exemption under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinace and is exempt from all taxes payable under the Ordinace.
